Terms and Conditions

• I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations.
• I agree to check with my Pediatrician if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

• I agree that if I pay via a payment plan, my first payment is due at the start of the service and the second payment is due exactly 1 week following the first payment.
• I agree to disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant that my child may have.
• I agree to the information surrounding my baby to be used in case studies, please note that no identifying information will be used and all names will be changed.
• I agree to pay the invoice prior to the consultation date and acknowledge that if the invoice hasn’t been paid that my customized sleep plan will not be written.
• I understand that my personalized sleep plan (verbal or written) is meant for my baby or child and I only, and should not be shared with a third party.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to consultation schedule date will only be refunded 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will be 100% refunded.
• Overseas bookings incur a $10.00 booking fee as all overseas payments are processed via PayPal.
• Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at Sweet Baby Bliss only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
• Sweet Baby Bliss aims to respond to any emails, social media messages, correspondence or missed telephone calls within 24 hours. 
• Sweet Baby Bliss does not work on US mandated public holidays. I therefore will not take phone calls or answer emails or social messages.. Any correspondence received on a US mandated public holiday will be answered on the following next work day.
